Year Up combines 6 months of intensive classroom instruction with a 6-month paid corporate internship at Fortune 500 companies including JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, LinkedIn, and Salesforce. The program is completely free to students and participants receive a weekly stipend during training. 80%+ of graduates are employed or enrolled in postsecondary education within 4 months of completion. A Harvard study found Year Up delivered lasting wage gains of 11-40%.
