NOVAnext was launched by Northern Virginia Community College to help displaced federal workers and contractors transition into in-demand careers. Backed by a $1 million scholarship commitment, it offers free professional certifications in IT, project management, human resources, and entrepreneurship. Also includes virtual workshops on resume writing, interview techniques, and AI in the workplace. A model program for how community colleges can rapidly respond to workforce displacement.
